Sports has always been and will be a platform for politics and acts of civil defiance. Thank you for this, such an amazing read🙌🏻
The idea that the Olympics is apolitical is so far from reality. Former IOC president Thomas Bach held on to that idea so tightly that he made some mistakes, especially when he dealt with Russia.
